The following terms and conditions govern your use of the Conde Nast Traveler Pass Card (“the “Card”), so please read them carefully. Any use of the Card by you will constitute your agreement to comply with these terms and conditions. In addition, please review our User Agreement and Privacy Policy as well, because those documents are hereby incorporated into these terms and conditions, so any use of the Card constitutes acceptance of those documents as well.

If you cannot agree with these terms and conditions, please do not sign up for the Card. These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time; the date of the most recent revisions will appear on this page. Your continued access to this website and/or use of the Card will constitute your acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.

Your failure to follow these terms and conditions may result in suspension or termination of access to the benefits of the Card, without notice, in addition to our other remedies. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Card program entirely, or change the content or formatting of this website or the benefits of the Card program, at any time without notice to you, and to require the immediate cessation of any specific benefit of the Card.

• Individuals may use the Card for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  
  
• Your right to use the Card is personal to you – you may not authorize others to use it, and you may not lend, rent, sell, give, provide, or transfer the Card to anyone else without our express written permission. You are responsible for all use of your Card. If you know or suspect that your Card may be lost or stolen, you must contact us immediately at brooke_idiart@condenast.com.
  
  
• The various benefits of the Card may include additional limitations, restrictions, black-out dates, terms and conditions (collectively, “Restrictions”). Your use of any such benefit constitutes your acceptance of such additional Restrictions.
  
  
• YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PARTICIPATION IN ANY BENEFIT OF THE CARD IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE BENEFITS OF THE CARD ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," AND WE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ALL LIABILITY AND ANY AND ALL DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY SUSTAINED ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE CARD AND ASSOCIATED BENEFITS, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF CLAIM OR THE NATURE OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE US FROM CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND DAMAGES (ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL) OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED ("CLAIMS"), ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE CARD OR ASSOCIATED BENEFITS.
